At Vdubtshirts we always do our very best to process your order as soon as possible. Please make sure the address you give 
us has no spelling mistakes as we cannot be held responsible for orders going astray due to incorrect postal information. 
However, Vdubtshirts will do everything in their power to help resolve the issue.
All clothing orders dispatched within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For so someone must be in to 
sign for the package. Orders dispatched overseas will be mailed via Royal Mail International Sign For. Again the package will
need a signature.

Please note: If you add the incorrect overseas postage price to your order then you will not receive your goods.   
For example: You live in France and you have chosen UK postage: this will not cover the postage cost to France. It is your 
responsibility to make sure the postage for your country is correct!

Orders can be tracked via http://www.royalmail.co.uk by entering your reference number in the Track and Trace section. 
Vdubtshirts will send you a confirmation email notifying you that your order has left our premises containing your reference 
number.

We do aim to post orders out within 5 working days. However, please allow 10 working days at peak times such as Christmas, 
New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays and during the VW Season which is generally between March and October. Once the goods 
have left our premises they are in the hands of Royal Mail and therefore we have to state that delivery can take up to 15 working 
days (within the UK and 25 working days for overseas orders) Your item is NOT technically lost until 15 (or 25) working days 
have passed from the dispatch date. We say 15 (25) working days as Royal Mail will not consider any item lost until after this 
time thus giving the package chance to be returned to us/Vdubtshirts. However, we will do everything in our power to try and 
relocate any items that have gone astray. If you have been left a card by your postman because you were out and the package is 
not collected by yourself and it is then returned to Vdubtshirts in order for us to re-send the package there will be a postal fee 
payable by you.
