GARMENTS

All garments are of either Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan or Regatta brands (other Brands are available) Joollzz reserves the right to use any other branded clothing to the same quality if the above are not in stock from their suppliers. Some text/logos will appear larger on the web site but may vary in size once printed. They have been made larger for viewing purposes.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Most Work Wear items can be washed up to 60° with your usual detergent. T Shirts etc we recommend washing at 40° with your usual detergent. DO NOT tumble dry. Iron on reverse. DO NOT use any bleaching agents.

RETURNS

If the goods are faulty in any way due to a manufacturing fault we will be happy to give you a replacement or full refund. Faulty items must be reported to Joollzz and WILL NOT be accepted unless you have contacted us first by telephone/email . Garments WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn. Items WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged if the wrong size has been ordered as all garments are printed to order. Please be aware that the sizing is only a guideline i.e. a Man's size Large is to fit UP TO a 40"-42" chest and so on.

PAYMENT

Joollzz will require payment before any goods are dispatched.
We do accept cheques. Please make cheques payable to " Julia Marley ".

GOODS THAT ARE PAID FOR BY CHEQUE ARE NOT DISPATCHED UNTIL ALL FUNDS ARE CLEAR WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 9 DAYS.

We do not sell or disclose any of your details to third parties.
