Delivery

At Vdubtshirts we always do our very best to process your order as soon as possible. Please make sure the address you give us has no spelling mistakes as we cannot be held responsible for orders going astray due to incorrect postal information. However, Vdubtshirts will do everything in their power to help resolve the issue. When your order is placed we are notified by PayPal whether your postal/shipping address is "confirmed" or "unconfirmed". If an "unconfirmed" address is stated we will email you to confirm your postal/shipping details. Please check your Spam box on a regular basis in case we have tried to contact you. YOUR GOODS WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR ADDRESS TO VDUBTSHIRTS. Thank you.

Vdubtshirts dispatches FREE in the UK ONLY (this does include the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland)

All clothing orders dispatched within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class Sign For so someone must be in to sign for the package. Orders can be tracked via http://www.royalmail.co.uk by entering your reference number in the Track and Trace section. Vdubtshirts will send you a confirmation email notifying you that your order has left our premises containing your reference number. If you use a different email address than the one registered to your PayPal account then you will not receive the email as this is the only address we will have for you. Hotmail uses please add us to your Safe Senders list as we have an enormous amount of emails sent to Hotmail address's bounce back.

Where's my order?

We do aim to post orders out within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. However please allow one working week at peak times such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays and during the VW Season which is generally between March and October. Once the goods have left our premises they are in the hands of Royal Mail and therefore we have to state that delivery can take up to 15 days (within the UK and 25 days for overseas orders- not including weekends) Your item is NOT technically lost until 15 (or 25) working days have passed from the dispatch date of which you will be emailed notifying you that your order has left our premises. We say 15 (25) working days as Royal Mail will not consider any item lost until after this time thus giving the package chance to be returned to Vdubtshirts. However, Vdubtshirts will do everything in their power to relocate any items going astray. If you been left a card by your postman because you were out and the package is not collected by yourself and it is then returned to Vdubtshirts in order for us to re-send the package there will be a postal fee payable.

Sticker Orders

Sticker orders are dispatched 1st Class Royal Mail NOT RECORDED. Please take care when opening your sticker package.

Overseas customers

You will be emailed a "Money Request" via PayPal for an extra shipping payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT GOODS ARE NOT DISPATCHED UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN PAID. You may contact us for a shipping quote before you place an order if you wish to do so. Overseas orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class International Sign For so someone must be in to sign for the package.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason BEFORE CLOTHING HAS BEEN PRINTED then please email or call us IMMEDIATETLY after your order has been placed. If you paid via Debit or Credit card then the refund can take up to 30 days for it to appear on your statement. The refund will be credited to you in the currency of the original payment using the same conversion rate used for the original payment. IF CLOTHING HAS BEEN PRINTED AND DISPATCHED THEN YOU MAY NOT CANCELL YOUR ORDER

Clothing Returns

If the goods are faulty in any way due to a manufacturing fault we will be happy to give you a replacement or full refund. However, this will be at our discretion and if we conclude that the item is not a manufacturing fault then there will not be any refund. For us to send the item back there will be postal charge payable by you. Faulty items must be reported to Vdubtshirts and WILL NOT be accepted unless you have contacted us by telephone/email first. Garments WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged if they have been worn. Items WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged if the wrong size has been ordered. ALL GARMENTS ARE PRINTED TO ORDER THEREFORE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO RE-SELL THEM. As ALL items are personalized the Distance Selling Regulations DO NOT cover ANY item that has been specifically made for a customer. Please be aware that the sizing and fabric weights are approximate and for guidance only. The sizes listed in the drop down menu below the garments are CHEST SIZES NOT GARMENT SIZES. We do expect our customers to measure themselves around the chest/bust area taking the tape measure under the arm pits for a more accurate guide. With your measurements in mind you can then choose a size from the drop down menu located under each item of clothing. We want happy customers so if in doubt about your size then please contact us, we don't bite!!!!

Garments

All garments are of either Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom or Gildan brands. We/Vdubtshirts reserves the right to use any other branded clothing to the same quality as our regular brands if they are not in stock from our suppliers. Some text/logos will appear larger on the web site but may vary in size once printed. They have been made larger for viewing purposes. As all computer monitors having different colour settings it is impossible to have a true colour match where the display of clothing and vinyl's are concerned. We have tried hard to give customers a good indication of what colours we can provide so if in doubt then please call us and ask.

Washing Instructions

Wash at 40° with your usual detergent. DO NOT tumble dry. Iron on reverse. DO NOT use any bleaching agents. A leaflet will be included in your package.

Stickers

A 70 Micron monomeric calendered soft handle Sign Vinyl. The exterior durability is as follows:- Black and White 5yrs Colours 4 yrs, Silver and Gold 3yrs. Please note that these figures are only a guideline. All sizes are approximate.

PLEASE NOTE

Internal means Stickers can be applied to the inside of windows. They are cut in "reverse"

so when applied to the inside of windows they are the correct way round when viewing

them from the outside.

External means Stickers can be applied to the vehicle body or windows.

Fitting Guide

The decal should be fitted to a GREASE & DUST FREE surface otherwise the decal will not adhere. Carefully peel away the chequered paper and discard leaving the decal on the backing paper. Position the decal where you want it to go. Once the decal is in position and starting from either side carefully peel off the backing paper keeping it as low as possible to avoid damage to fine detail or text. Once the backing paper is removed there maybe some air bubbles. THIS IS NORMAL. These can be squeezed out from the centre outwards using a squeegee purchased from Vdubtshirts at an extra cost. Alternatively, a DIY plastic filler card does the trick!! The squeegee can be particularly useful if a large decal is to be fitted. The recommended application temperature for applying vinyl's is at least 10 degrees centigrade. Application in temperatures below 5 degrees centigrade is not recommended. A fitting guide will be included in your package.

Payment

Vdubtshirts will require payment before any goods are dispatched. Credit and Debit Card payments on the web site are encrypted and processed on behalf of PayPal and we do not hold or see any of your Credit or Debit Card details. We also accept cheques and postal orders made payable to Vdubtshirts please. GOODS THAT ARE PAID FOR BY CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDER OR E-CHEQUE ARE NOT DISPATCHED UNTIL ALL FUNDS ARE CLEAR WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 9 DAYS.

We do not sell or disclose any of your details to third parties.
